Returns Policy

Please keep all packing materials and documentation in the event that your merchandise needs to be serviced or returned for any reason.

Before returning any product your must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain this number by calling or emailing Performance Flies. When contacting us regarding a return you should provide the following: customer name, date of purchase, item purchased (with serial number if applicable) and nature of the problem.

All defective products will be accepted for credit, exchange or repair, at Performance Flies' discretion, when received within 30 days of purchase date.

If you're not satisfied with a product, you may it return it in new condition in its original packaging for up to 30 days from purchase to receive a full refund. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so before the order is shipped and receive a full refund. Orders canceled after shipment will result in a shipping and return shipping charge as well.
